We also refer to your request dated July 18, 2002, to amend the Loan Agreement. We are pleased to inform you that the Bank has agreed to your request and the Loan Agreement is amended as follows: The amount of US$9 million is reallocated from Category 4 (Reinsurance Premiums) to Category 8 (Unallocated), as set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Loan Agreement. Accordingly, the amounts now allocated to these categories are the following: Category 4 (Reinsurance Premiums): US$40,700,000 and Category 8 (Unallocated): US$11,285,000. Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing by signing, dating and returning to us the enclosed copy of this letter. Upon receipt by the Bank of the copy of this letter duly countersigned by you, this amendment will become effective as of the date of the counter signature.
