One signed copy and one certified copy of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of the Philippines and the Bank; 2. One signed copy of each of the following letters: Letter No. 1: Financial and Economic Data Letter No. 2: Representations and Assurances on Procurement Letter No. 3: Performance Indicators 3. One copy of the General Conditions Applicable to Loan and Guarantee Agreements for Single Currency Loans dated May 30, 1995 (as amended through December 2, 1997). 4. One copy of the Guidelines for Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, dated January 1995 and revised in January/August 1996; and in September 1997. 5. One copy of the Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, dated January 1997 and revised in September 1997. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.02 of the Loan Agreement, July 7, 1998 is the terminal date for effectiveness the of the Loan Agreement.
