With reference to Section 3.01 (d) of the Loan Agreement, the Borrower confirms its understanding with the Bank that the Project's general indicators and targets are those set forth in the Annex to this Letter. Please note that this letter is the Implementation Letter referred to in Sections 1.02 (e) and 3.01 (d) of the Loan Agreement.
