Washington, D.C. 20433 United States of America Re: INDIA: Interim Fund Credit No. N018-IN (Reproductive and Child Health Project) Performance Monitoring Indicators Dear Sirs and Mesdames: This refers to paragraph 14 (a) of the Interim Fund Development Credit Agreement of even date herewith between India (the Borrower) and the International Development Association as Administrator of the Interim Trust Fund Established with Funds Contributed by Certain Members of the International Development Association Pursuant to Resolution No. IDA 184 of the Board of Governors of International Development Association (the Administrator). Unless agreed otherwise with the Administrator, the Borrower shall monitor and evaluate implementation of the Project in accordance with the Performance Monitoring Indicators attached to this letter. It is our understanding that in making the Interim Fund Credit, the Administrator relies on the statements set forth or referred to in this letter.
