One signed copy of the Development Credit Agreement between the Republic of Bolivia (the Recipient) and the Association; 2. One copy of the Supplemental Letters Re: a. Section 3.01 (b) of the Development Credit Agreement; and b. Financial and Economic Data. 3. One copy of the General Conditions Applicable to Development Credit Agreements of the Association, dated January 1, 1985; 4. One copy each of the Guidelines for Procurement under World Bank Loans and IDA Credits, dated January 1995, and of the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers and by the World Bank as Executing Agency, dated August 1981. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.01 of the Development Credit Agreement, October 17, 1995 is the terminal date for effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement.
