(the Borrower) for the above Loans. With reference to the provisions of each of the said Loan Agreements, and in particular to the Borrowerþs obligations under Section 3.01 (b) thereof, we wish to advise you that the action plan referred to therein and the Targets shown in tables 2 and 3 of said plan, are set forth in the attachment to this letter.
