Washington, D.C. 20433 United States of America Re: Loans No. 3952-CO and No. 3953-CO Santa Fe I Water Supply and Sewerage Rehabilitation Project Letter No. 2 - Section 9.07 of General Conditions Dear Sirs: We refer to the Loan Agreements of even date herewith entered into between the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) and the Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogota-ESP (the Borrower) for the above loans. With reference to the provisions of each of the said Loan Agreements and the General Conditions applicable thereto (see respective Sections 1.01 of each Loan Agreement), particularly to the provisions of Section 9.07 of said General Conditions, and without any limitation or restriction thereto, we wish to advise you that the Borrower shall furnish to the Bank: (a) quarterly reports of progress in implementing the Project not later than 15 days into the beginning of each successive quarter, beginning with the quarter ending June 30, 1995 and until completion of the Project; (b) semi-annual reports on March 31 and September 30 of each year, detailing achievement against the targets and indicators set forth in the attachment to the Letter No. 1 of even date herewith (also an agreement supplemental to the aforementioned Loan Agreements), such semi-annual reports to be in addition to a separate report on progress of the Project to be prepared by independent external auditors prior to September 30, 1997, for the purposes of paragraph (a) of such Section 9.07.
