(the Borrower), and with the information provided by you to us through your letters dated September 18, 1995 (4000-95-437) and November 21, 1995 (4000-95-678) on, respectively, imports and requirement and procedures therefor, and availability of foreign exchange for imports and requirements and procedures therefor, copies of which have been attached hereto. In that connection and in respect of the representations made by you in the aforesaid letters, it is our understanding that, in making the Loans to you, the Bank may rely on said representations.
