Tertius Zongo Ministre de l'Economie et des Finances, Porte-Parole du Gouvernement Ministry of Economy and Finance Ouagadougou Burkina Faso Excellency: Credit No. 2595 BUR (Health and Nutrition Development Project) Amendment to Development Credit Agreement We refer to the Development Credit Agreement (the Agreement), dated June 8, 1994 for the above-mentioned Project between Burkina Faso (the Borrower) and the International Development Association (the Association) and your letter dated June 17, 1997, requesting the Association to increase the Authorized Allocation under the Special Account from US$250,000 to FCFA 375,000,000. We are pleased to inform you that the Association agrees to modify paragraph 1 (c) of Schedule 5 of the Agreement to read as follows:
