Tertius Zongo Minister of Economy and Finance Ministry of Economy and Finance Ouagadougou Burkina Faso Excellency: Credit No. 2619 BUR (Population and AIDS Control Project) Amendment to Development Credit Agreement We refer to the Development Credit Agreement (the Agreement), dated June 8, 1994 for the above-mentioned Project between Burkina Faso (the Borrower) and the International Development Association (the Association) and your letter dated February 3, 1998, requesting the Association to increase the Authorized Allocation under the Special Account from $500,000 to $800,000. We are pleased to inform you that the Association agrees to modify paragraph 1 (c) of Schedule 5 of the Agreement to read as follows:
