Any comments or 11 15 questions on those? 16 (No response.) 17 Perhaps I could say on this item that in connection 18 with these reports there was circulated yesterday a paper, I i 18 II R64-41, on the Chilean highway project relating to action 20 II taken to improve performance and resulting changes in the 21 11 I project description and closing dates. 22 Ii11 ' This paper is a short one. If any Director feels 23 he wants to study it further, we can put this on the agenda 24 for the next meeting of the Board. MACHADO: I suggest that we approve this 6 paper. I think the reasons submitted to the Directors 7 requesting the extension of the closing date here are sub- 8 stantial, and we should not in any way raise any objection 9 to it. I move that we approve this paper. 10 MR.
