We also refer to the telefax to the Bank, dated January 22, 1992, from the Director, Agence de promotion de l’Industrie, requesting a reallocation of the proceeds of the Loan from Category (2) (b) to Category (2) (c). We are pleased to inform you that the Bank, after due consideration, has agreed to the above request. Accordingly, the Loan Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: The table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 is amended to read as follows: Amount of the Loan Allocated % of (Expressed in Expenditures Category Dollar Equivalent to be Financed (1) Sub-loans 27,500,000 (a) works 60% (b) goods 100% of foreign expenditures and 70% of local expenditures (2) Technical assistance for Part B.1 of the Project: (a) goods 240,000 100% of foreign expenditures and 70% of local expenditures (b) consultants 130,000 100% of foreign expenditures and 75% of local expenditures (c) training 130,000 100% of foreign expenditures _____________ TOTAL 28,000,000 = = = = = = = All the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, as amended hereby, shall remain in full force and effect.
