Page 1 July 21, 1992 His Excellency Tchouta Moussa Minister of Planing and Regional Development Ministry of Planing and Regional Development Yaounde Republic of Cameroon Re: Loan No. 3206 CM (Social Dimensions of Adjustment Project) Amendment to Schedule 1 to the Loan Agreement Excellency: We refer to the above-mentioned Loan Agreement between Republic of Cameroon (the Borrower) and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank), dated August 3, 1990, your letter No. 1137/MINPAT/CAB/IG2 dated July 8, 1992 requesting an increase in the disbursement percentage to be financed for small projects under the Programme de Developpement Communautaire (PRODEC), and discussions held with your representatives during the recent Bank supervision mission. We are pleased to inform you that the Bank hereby agrees to your request and that, effective as of the date of confirmation of your agreement as indicated hereafter, the percentage of expenditures to be financed under Category (12) of the table set forth in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Loan Agreement is increased from 50% to 100%. Said Category therefore reads: "(12) Goods and services 2,500,000 100% for Part F.1 of the Project" Please indicate your agreement to the foregoing amendment by signing and dating the form of confirmation on the enclosed copy of this letter and returning it to us.
