A post-negotiation mission by Mrs. Mitchell and Mr. Cissa was undertaken in December 1990 to assess the draft environmental impact study. Mr. Peter Watson and Ms. Katherine Marshall are the managing Division Chief and Department Director for the operation; the lead advisor has been Dieter Havlicek.
