Washington DC 20008 Re: Loan No. 3077-TU (Agroindustry Project) Amendment to Loan Agreement and Supplemental Letter No. 4 Dear Mr. Egilmez: We refer to the Loan Agreement (Agroindustry Project) dated June 28, 1989 between the Republic of Turkey (the Borrower) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank), as amended (the Loan Agreement), and to Supplemental Letter No. 2 of the same date. We also refer to Mr. Selekler's letter of July 25, 1991, requesting certain amendments. In response to your Government's request, we are pleased to agree hereby to the following amendments: 1. Paragraph B1 of Schedule 4 to the Loan Agreement is hereby deleted. 2. In paragraph 2 of Supplemental Letter No. 2 to the Loan Agreement: "$ 5,000,000" is hereby replaced by "$10,000,000", and "$10,000,000" is hereby replaced by "$15,000,000".
