CONCLUSIONS 40 MAPS: IBRD Nos. 14036R and 14037R  i BURKINA FASO FORESTRY PROJECT (IDA CREDIT 982 UV) PROJECT COMPLETION REPORT PREFACE This is the Project Completion Report (PCR) for the Forestry Project in Burkina Faso, for wh.ich IDA Credit 982 UV in ..ile amount of US$14.5 millior was approved on February 12, 1980. The project was jointly financed with the Norwegian Government which provided a grant of US$4.35 million, of which US$2.25 was utilized. The Credit was closed on September 30, 1986, one year behind Pchedule. US$6.7 million were disbursed and the portion of the Credit ;'.At had not been disbursed --US$7.8 million -- was cancelled. The PCR was prepared by the FAO/World Bank Cooperative Program and reviewed by the Agriculture Division of the Sahelian Department, Africa Region. The PCR is based, inter alia, on the Staff Appraisal Report; the Credit Agreement; supervision reports; correspondence between the Bank and the Borrower; and internal Bank memoranda. This PCR was read by the Operations Evaluation Department (OED).
