I would like to inform you that the As SoCiation agrees to amend the Project Agreement to increase the repayment period for working capital roan.st as follows: Schedule 1, para. 1 (c) (i) (B) is deleted and substituted by the following: "(B) one year, for working capital required for the establishment of agricultural crops provided, however, that subloans not exceeding in the aggregate the is equivalent of US$10,000,000 approved on or before February 23, 1993, but after May 15, 1992, may be made for up to three years."
