We are pleased to inform you that the Association agrees to amend the description of the Project contained in Schedule 2 in order to better cover the civil works program. Consequently, Part B of Schedule 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended by inserting after paragraph 4 the following: "5. Construction in Di, Farako-BA, Katchari, Kouare and Saria of nine laboratories, and of various buildings, offices, greenhouses and drying areas. 6. Construction of water distribution systems in Di, Katchari, Kouard, Saria and of an extension reaching to Farako-BA. 7. Rehabilitation of a laboratory, a store, a conference room and construction of three offices, a stable and a drying area in Niangoloko."
