The mission was led by Mr. Jose Sokol and consisted of the following Bank staff members: Kutlay Ebiri (Deputy Mission Leader, LC2); Yves Albouy (EGY); Jamshid Ehsani (EGY); Aura Garcia de Truslow (LCP); Anil Kapur (IND); Michael Klein (EGY); Olivier Koenig (EGY); Darius Mans (IND); Desmond McCarthy (CPD); Thomas O'Connor (EGY); William O'Neil (IND); Alberto Paz Estenesoro (LCP); Alejandro Schwedhelm (IND); Kavier Simon (IND); Matia Teresa Benito (Statistical Assistant); and Claudia Franco (Statistical Assistant). Consultants, Robin Carruthers, Jaime Concha, Richard Morrow, Diego Otero Prada, and Ms. Sherry Zwiebel also contributed to the mission. The mission summarized its preliminary findings in an aide memoire and discussed thom with the authorities before leaving the field. Mr. Ebiri visited Argentina in January 1986 to complete the mission's final report, also drawing upon the revisions made by the sector specialists.
