Money standing to the credit of the Greenwich Hospital capital account may be invested by the Secretary of State, subject to such conditions as the Treasury may from time to time determine with respect to the advice to be obtained for the purpose, on the mortgage or in the purchase of land or in other investments of any description whatsoever.

This Act may be cited as the Greenwich Hospital Act 1967.
The Greenwich Hospital Acts 1865 to 1947 and this Act may be cited together as the Greenwich Hospital Acts 1865 to 1967.
