Manufacture and supply of scheduled substances.
After subsection (1) of section 12 (manufacture and supply of scheduled substances) of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (“the 1990 Act”) there shall be inserted the following subsection—
Short title, commencement and extent.

This Act may be cited as the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Amendment) Act 1998.
subsection section-2-2
This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the date on which it is passed.
subsection section-2-3
This Act extends to Northern Ireland and to any colony or part of the British Islands to which the 1990 Act extends by virtue of an Order in Council made under section 32(4) of that Act.
