Mr. Urs Herren Ar bassador Embassy of Switzerland House 31-B, Road 18 Banani, Dhaka-1213 Bangladesh Supplemental Contributim and Amendment to the Administration Agreement between the Swiss Confederation represented by the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, acting through the Swis Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and the International Developn nt Association concerning the Bangladesh Climate Change Resilience Fund (BCCR') for the Climate Change Program in the People's Republic of Bangladesk (Trust Fu id No. TFO 71208) Dear Ambassador Herren: I. We refer to the Trust Fund Administration Agreement between the Swiss Confederation, represented by the Federal Depar:ment of Foreign Affairs, acting through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC (the "Donor") and the International Development Association (IDA), regarding the Bangladesh Climate Change Resilience Fund (BCCRF) for the Climate Change Program in the P-oplc's Republic of Bangladesh (the "Trust Fund") (TFO71208) effective December 6, 2010 (the "Administration Agreement"). 2. We are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of IDA, the intention of the Donor to make a supplemental contribuion to the rrus. Fund in the amount of eight million Swiss Francs (CHF 8,000,000) (the "Supplemental Ccntribution"). 3. The Donor shall deposit the Supplemental Contribution into such bank account de5ignated by IDA in installments in accordance with the following schedule: a) Upon countersignature of this Administration Agreement by the Donor and submission of a payment request by IDA, CHF 2,000,000; b) On November 15, 2013, upon submission of a payment request by IDA, CHF 2,000,000; c) On November 15, 2014, upon submission of a payment request by IDA, CHF 2,000,000; d) On November 15, 2015, upon submission of a payment request by IDA, CHF 2,000,000. 4. When making such depoit, the Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its payment details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT payment message, information indicating: the amount paid, that :he payment is made by the Donor for TFO71208 (Bangladesh Climate Change Resilience Func (BCCRF) for the Climate Change Program in the People's Re:ublic of Bangladesh), and the date of the deposit. In addition the Donor shall provide a copy of -he deposit instruction to IDA's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to tfrnitadvice@worldbank.org or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315. IDA will dislose this Agrcement and related information on this Trust Fund in accordance with the World Baik Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this Ag,eement, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Agreement and related information on this Tnst Fund. 8. Please confirm your acce )tance to the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by signing and dai ing the two origina s, retaining one original for your records and returning the other original to IDA. Upon receipt by IDA of th- original Amendment countersigned by you, this Amendment wil become effective as of the da:e of the countersignature.
