Such document provides the policy guideline for the purposes to: (1) ensure the ethnic minorities benefits from the development project, (2) avoid or reduce possible adverse impact caused by the project funded by the World Bank for the ethnic minorities, (3) take necessary special action when project supported by World Bank has involved in ethnic minorities.
