34 WPRlRC49(4) REGIONAL COMMITTEE: FORTY-NINTH SESSION SPECIAL PROGRAMME OF RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH TRAINING IN HUMAN REPRODUCTION: MEMBERSHIP OF THE POLICY AND COORDINATION COMMITTEE The Regional Committee, noting that the period of tenure of the representative of the Government of Japan on the Policy and Coordination Committee of the Special Programme of Research, Development and Research Training in Human Reproduction expires on 31 December 1998, selected the Government of Malaysia to nominate a representative to serve on the Policy and Coordination Committee for a period of three years from 1 January 1999 to 31 December 2001.
