ENDORSES the importance of establishing health education services as an essential and integral part ofnaticinal health programmesj 2. RECOMMENDS that the Governments of Member states consider seriously the provision ot prcf3ssionally quaJ.ified health education personnel within their national health services and training-institutions; 3. RE";UESTS the Regional Director to continue his sU.J?port and assistance to interested Member States in enabling their health services to obtain the support required for the planning and -~.
