BRUCELLOSIS SURVEILLANCE F r ance . — In 1976, 863 cases of brucellosis were reported in France as against 605 in 1975. However, the increase in the number of notified cases appears to be mainly due to an improvement in clinical knowledge of tbe disease and in laboratory diagnosis.
