Select the ART numbers from each data source according to the selection criteria and document the ART numbers in the far-right column. Ask the data clerk to pull the patients files for each ART number on the list. Ensure that you receive this list back, along with the pulled patient files, and refer to the list to review the appropriate files for each section of the tool.
