REPORT OF THE SUBCOMMITI'EE ON NOMINATIONS
I. The Subcommittee on Nominations met on Monday, 30 August 1999, and was composed of representatives of the following 12 Member States: Angola, Botswana, Comoros, The Republic of Congo, C ôte d'Ivoire, The Gambia, Liberia, Mozambique, Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa and Zambia. 2. The Subcommittee elected Dr Leon Alfred OPIMBAT, Minister of Health, Solidarity and H lItIanitarian Action of the Republic of Congo, as its Chainnan. 3. In confonruty with Rule 10 of the Rules of procedure and Resolution AFRJRC23fR l, the Snbcommittee decided to propose ta the Regional Committee the following nominations :
