The Bureau of the Meeting of the Parties met on 8 October 2018 to examine the credentials submitted to the Convention Secretariat in accordance with Rule 19 of the Rules of Procedure of the Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products. 2. The credentials of the representatives of the Parties listed in the Annex hereto were found to be in conformity with the Rules of Procedure. It is therefore proposed that the Meeting of the Parties adopt the draft decision in the Annex.
