Scale of assessments for 2017 Report by the Director-General 1. In May 2003, the Fifty-sixth World Health Assembly adopted resolution WHA56.33 on the scale of assessments for the financial period 2004–2005, in which it decided, inter alia, to accept henceforth the latest available United Nations scale of assessment for assessed contributions of Member States. 2. In January 2016, the Executive Board, at its 138th session, considered a report on the scale of assessments for 20171 and adopted resolution EB138.R6, in which it recommended to the Sixty-ninth World Health Assembly the adoption of the scale of assessments for the financial year 2017 set out in that resolution.
ACTION BY THE HEALTH ASSEMBLY 3. The Health Assembly is invited to adopt the draft resolution recommended by the Executive Board in resolution EB138.R6.
