ACQUIRED IMMUNE DEFICIENCY SYNDROME (AIDS) International Conference U n i t e d S t a t e s o f A m e r i c a . — An International Conference on " Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) will be held on 15-17 April 1985, at the World Congress Center, Atlanta, Georgia, sponsored by the Centers for Disease Control ; the National Insti tutes o f Health ; the Food and Drug Administration ; the Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Mental Health Administration; the Health Resources and Services Administration; and the World Health Organization. The purpose o f the meeting is two-fold: to review strategies for the prevention and control o f AIDS ; and to exchange information on screening and diagnostic tests, and on the epidemi ology, virology, immunology, clinical manifestations and treat ment of AIDS.
