VACCINATION CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL AND HEALTH ADVICE TO TRAVELLERS Amendment to 1984 Edition On 20 March 1984, the World Health Organization was informed that the Ministry o f Health o f the Libyan Arab Jama hiriya no longer requires a cholera vaccination certificate from travellers coming from infected areas.
