Severe acute respiratory syndrome Guidance note on preventive measures for delegates to the World Health Assembly
1. The annexed Note Verbale was dispatched to all Member States and to all organizations invited to the Fifty-sixth World Health Assembly. 2. The attention of Member States and invited organizations is drawn to the requirement for completion of a health declaration form for each individual attending or working at the Health Assembly.
