by the Regional Mrector on the establishment of a "Dr A.T. Shousha Foundat1 on".
I. ENDORSES the recomnendation f o r the establishment of such a foundation;
2. BELIEVES that , should t he Fund bm created, it would serve the purpose better i f the select ion of the candidates would be made on a s large a basis as possible so that the pr izes would be awarded t o any person, i r respect ive of nat ional i ty o r residence, who has made the most s ignif icant c o n t r i h t i o n t o any heal th problem i n the Eastern Mediterranean Region;
3. RECOMlENDS approval of the Statutes of the "Dr A.T. Shousha Foundation" a s detai led i n the Annex of Docuaant EM/RC15/7 and a s amended during the course of i ts present session.
