In a letter to the Director-General of 22 November 1974 the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany formally notified the withdrawal of its reservations and the Federal Republic of Germany thereby on that date became bound by the International Health Regulations (1969) as amended.
Par lettre du 22 novembre 1974, adressée au Directeur général, la Mission permanente de la République fédérale d ’Allemagne a officiellement notifié le retrait des réserves et la République fédé rale d’Allemagne est ainsi devenue, à cette date, liée par le Règle ment sanitaire international (1969) tel qu’il a été modifié.
