NOMINATION OF THE CHAIRMAN AND THE ALTERNATE CHAIRMAN OF THE TECHNICAL DISCUSSIONS IN THE YEAR 2000 L Considering the subject proposed for the Technical Discussions of the fiftieth session of the Regional Committee, the Regional Director hereby proposes as Chairman and Altemate Chairman of the technical discussions in the year 2000, !wo personalities with vast experience in the provision of care for pregnant women and other related emerging issues, at various levels of the health care system including the community, 2, The !wo personalities are Professor Ke1sey Atangamuerino Harrison from Nigeria and Dr Maria do Rosario de Fatima Madeira Rita from Angola, Their curricula vitae are attached hereto, as annexes, 3, The Regional Committee is requested to consider this proposai and nominate the Chairman and the Altemate Chairrnan of the Technical Discussions of the year 2000.
