Draft contract of the Director-General The Executive Board, In accordance with the requirements of Rule 107 of the Rules of Procedure of the Health Assembly, 1. SUBMITS to the Sixty-fifth World Health Assembly the attached draft contract establishing the terms and conditions of appointment of the Director-General; 2. RECOMMENDS to the Sixty-fifth World Health Assembly the adoption of the following resolution: The Sixty-fifth World Health Assembly, I Pursuant to Article 31 of the Constitution and Rule 107 of the Rules of Procedure of the Health Assembly, APPROVES the contract establishing the terms and conditions of appointment, salary and other emoluments for the post of Director-General; II Pursuant to Rule 110 of the Rules of Procedure of the Health Assembly, AUTHORIZES the President of the Sixty-fifth World Health Assembly to sign this contract in the name of the Organization.
