EMPHASIZES the importance of strengthening existing national institutions so that they reach the standard at 11hich they can be utilized for international training; 2. NarES the many difficulties faCing the establishment of a WHO regional medical school; 3. SUGGESTS that the MUaysian Government might uish to study the question further in co-operation with WHO; 4.
