REPORT OF THE SUB-COMMITTEE ON CREDENTIALS The Sub-committee on Credentials met on 18 September 1984. The

follow in^ Members were present: Representatives of Bangladesh, Maldives, and Mongolia. The Representative from Maldives was elected Chairman. The Sub-committee examined the credentials deposited by the Representatives taking part in the Thirty-seventh Session of the Regional Committee. The credentials presented by those listed below were found to be in order, thus entitling them to take part in the work of the Regional Committee. The Sub-committee, therefore, proposed that the Regional Committee recognize the validity of the credentials presented by the Representatives of:

Bangladesh Burma Democratic People's Republic of Korea India Indonesia Maldives Mongolia Nepal Sri Lanka Thailand No credentials had been received from the Representative of Bhutan. The Sub-committee, however, recommended that the Representative of Bhutan be requested to present the crede'ntials as soon as possible and, in the meantime, be permitted to take part in the work of the Regional Committee and vote until such time as the Sub-Committee on Credentials can reconvene to examine the credentials of the Representative from Bhutan and report to the Regional Committee.

REPORT OF THE SUB-COEMITTEE ON CREDENTIALS The Sub-Committee on Credentials met again on 19 September 1984. The following members were present; Representatives of Bangladesh, Maldives, and Mongolia. The Representative from Maldives chaired the SukCommittee. The Sub-Committee examined the credentials deposited by the delegation of Bhutan. The credentials presented vere found to be in order, thus entitling the delegation to take part in the work of the Regional Committee. The Sub-Committee, therefore, proposes that the Regional Committee recognize the validity of the credentials presented by the delegation of Bhutan.
