G hana. Eight cases of yellow fever occurred in April and 7 in May 1994 in the Upper West Region, confirming the decline of the epidemic which started in October 1993 and reached a peak in February 1994.1 These 15 additional cases bring the total number reported during the outbreak to 118. Ten of the new cases were in males, and 5 in females. No deaths from yellow fever have been reported since February 1994, and the 26 fatal cases notified since October 1993 correspond to an overall case-fatality rate of 22% (27% in male cases and 13% in female cases). ‘ See N o. 32, 1994, p, 243.

Dix des nouveaux cas étaient de sexe masculin et 5 de sexe féminin.
