An Act for making perpetual certain additional Duties of Excise on Wine imported into Great Britain, granted by Two Acts passed in the Forty third and Fourty fourth Years of His present Majesty, and to allow a Drawback of the said Duties to Admirals, Captains and other Commissioned Officers, for Wine consumed on board His Majesty's Ships of War.
