An Act for exempting from the Duties on Profits arising from Property, the First Half Yearly Dividends or Annuities, under an Act of the present Session, for raising the Sum of One million five hundred thousand Pounds by way of Annuities, for the Service of Ireland, which shall not have been written into the Books of the Bank of England.
