An Act for rectifying Mistakes in the Names of the Commissioners appointed by an Act made in the last Session of Parliament, intituled An Act for appointing Commissioners for putting into Execution an Act of this Session of Parliament, for continuing and granting to His Majesty a Duty on Pensions, Offices and Personal Estates in England, and certain Duties on Sugar, Malt, Tobacco and Snuff, in Great Britain, for the Service of the Year One thousand eight hundred and five; and an Act made in the Thirty eighth Year of His present Majesty, for granting an Aid to His Majesty by a Land Tax, to be raised in Great Britain for the Service of the Year One thousand seven hundred and ninety eight; and for appointing other Commissioners, together with those named in the first mentioned Act, to put in Execution an Act of this Session of Parliament, for continuing and granting to His Majesty a Duty on Pensions, Offices and Personal Estates in England, and certain Duties on Sugar, Malt, Tobacco and Snuff in Great Britain, for the Service of the Year One thousand eight hundred and six, also the said Act made in the Thirty eighth Year of His present Majesty; and for indemnifying such Persons as have acted as Commissioners for executing the said Acts.
