Repeal of 1974 c. 46. s. 2(1).

Section 2(1) of the Friendly Societies Act 1974 (qualification of Chief Registrar) is hereby repealed.

Short title and extent.

This Act may be cited as the Friendly Societies Act 1981.

This Act extends to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands but does not extend to Northern Ireland.
