Agriculture (Amendment) Act 1984

In section 64 of the Agriculture Act 1967 (grants towards fulfilling guarantees of bank loans to agriculture or horticulture businesses), after subsection (8) there shall be inserted the following subsection:—.

This section extends to Northern Ireland.

In subsection (1) of section 1 of the Agricultural Statistics Act 1979, for paragraphs (b) and (c) (power to require information relating to the names and addresses of owners and occupiers and to whether land is let and, if so, at what rent) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—.

This section extends to England and Wales only.

This Act may be cited as the Agriculture (Amendment) Act 1984.
