Section 18 of the Gaming Act 1968 (gaming on Sundays) shall be amended as follows.

For subsection (1) there shall be substituted the following—.

In subsection (2), for the words “two in the morning” there shall be substituted the words “four in the morning”.
subsection section-1-4
Subsection (3) shall be repealed.

subsection section-2-1
This Act may be cited as the Gaming (Amendment) Act 1987.
subsection section-2-2
This Act shall come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.

This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
