Deer Act 1987 (repealed 25.10.1991)
Killing during close season of farmed deer to be lawful.
In section 10 of the Deer Act 1963 (general exceptions), after subsection (2) there shall be inserted—.
Short title, commencement and extent.

This Act may be cited as the Deer Act 1987.
subsection section-2-2
This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which it is passed.
subsection section-2-3
This Act extends to England and Wales only.
