In section 1(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, in the definition of “the Treaties” and “the Community Treaties”, for paragraphs (e) and (f) (Council decision of 7th May 1985 on Communities’ own resources, and inter-governmental agreement of April 1985 to finance the general budget for that year), and the word “and” immediately preceding them, there shall be substituted the wordsand .
