<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-1-6-e"><num>(e)</num><content>provision for fees to be paid in connection with an application;</content></level>

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-1-6-f"><num>(f)</num><content>provision requiring a specified regulator to have regard to guidance issued from time to time by a specified person when determining an application;</content></level>

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-1-6-g"><num>(g)</num><content>provision as to the other duties of a specified regulator in connection with an application;</content></level>

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-1-6-h"><num>(h)</num><content>provision as to the powers of a specified regulator in connection with an application;</content></level>

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-1-6-i"><num>(i)</num><content>provision as to appeals against the determination of an application.</content></level>

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-1-7"><num>(7)</num><intro>A UK qualification or UK experience may be specified by reference to—</intro><level class="para1" eId="section-1-7-a"><num>(a)</num><content>its having been accredited or otherwise a

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-1-7-a"><num>(a)</num><content>its having been accredited or otherwise approved in a specified manner;</content></level>

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-1-7-b"><num>(b)</num><content>its having been issued by a body or obtained at an institution accredited or otherwise approved in a specified manner.</content></level>

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-7-2"><num>(2)</num><intro>A regulator of a regulated profession must provide to the assistance centre any information that—</intro><level class="para1" eId="section-7-2-a"><num>(a)</num><content>is held by th

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-7-2-a"><num>(a)</num><content>is held by the regulator of the regulated profession, and</content></level>

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-7-2-b"><num>(b)</num><content>is requested by the assistance centre for the purposes of enabling it to discharge its functions under the arrangements.</content></level>

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-7-3"><num>(3)</num><intro>The assistance centre must provide to the Secretary of State any information relating to the discharge of its functions under the arrangements that—</intro><level class="para1" eId="sec

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-7-3-a"><num>(a)</num><content>is held by the assistance centre, and</content></level>

<level xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" class="para1" eId="section-7-3-b"><num>(b)</num><content>is requested by the Secretary of State.</content></level>

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-7-4"><num>(4)</num><intro>A disclosure of information required under this section does not breach—</intro><level class="para1" eId="section-7-4-a"><num>(a)</num><content>any obligation of confidence owed by t
