<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-1-1"><num>(1)</num><content>Section 134 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (protection of cultural objects on loan: protected objects) is amended as follows.</content></subsection>

<section xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-2"><num>2</num><heading>Extent, commencement and short title</heading><subsection eId="section-2-1"><num>(1)</num><content>This Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.</content></subsection

<subsection xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/legaldocml/ns/akn/3.0" eId="section-2-3"><num>(3)</num><content>This Act may be cited as the Cultural Objects (Protection from Seizure) Act 2022.</content></subsection>
